Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, first impressions, we were a bit nervous going down the lane but delightfully surprised when we arrived, very pretty open reception. We were checked in by Alonso, he had great English but he's actually just had his last day so good luck Alonso, thanks for good service! The rooms themselves were basic but nice, unfortunately wifi didn't reach our room which was very frustrating. Beds were spacious, rooms cleaned every day. The A/C wasn't as strong as we hoped at night but it was very hot! I would say if the doors sealed properly, the rooms would be colder and cheaper to run AC. There were bugs in the bathrooms each night which we hated but it was fine to deal as they didn't come into our room. The breakfast was lovely every morning and nice selection, try hot cakes and fruit were gorgeous and the service was fab. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach which was handy and a spa around the corner! We felt that the value wasn't amazing for how much it cost but still enjoyed our time.
Room was spacious and overall the hotel is nicely decorated. They have a pool but the whole pool area is not particularly welcoming. Service was nice but not super attentive. Location is ok. Overall a little too pricey for the quality of stay they provide!
The room was nice, the hotel had a nice courtyard and a decent breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is the reception, really helpful setting up transport from cancun and to merida, even with late arrival she fixed everything! amazing amazing service
Great location, really sweet hotel, and the service was really good. Everything was clean, and the pool and local areas were nice. The breakfast was a bit sober and the beds where small and a bit hard.
We ended our Mexico round trip in this hotel. I can absolutely recommend the hotel. The staff was always friendly, starting from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. The whole place is constantly cleaned, the rooms are designed to my taste, the pool is well maintained. The air conditioning works (very important on Holbox). The location is also wonderful, walking 5 minutes to the beach, which is accessible to everyone. Thanks again, for the beautiful 4 days!
